Unless expressly authorized in writing for a specific purpose, SBC does not represent the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Government of the Kingdom of Spain, or any sovereign institution.
Any engagement involving ministries, public authorities, sovereign investment entities, or other governmental organizations remains subject to the respective institution's legal mandate, governance procedures, and independent decision-making processes.
SBC operates in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and with full respect for the legal and institutional frameworks of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, maintaining a compliance-first approach to international cooperation.
