Saudi Business Council - Structuring Alliances, Connecting Markets, Supporting Vision 2030

The Saudi Business Council (SBC) is an independent, non-profit, private-sector association registered in Spain. We support Saudi businesses and Saudi Vision 2030 in their engagement with European and global markets by structuring alliances, connecting markets and empowering the private sector-always in full respect of the Kingdom's laws, institutions and competent authorities.

SBC does not represent the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and does not issue licenses, approvals or financial products. Our role is to complement - not replace - official Saudi entities, acting from Europe as a disciplined external bridge between Saudi companies and international partners.

Our Focus - Championing the Private Sector 
We help Saudi businesses compete globally by promoting responsible investment, facilitating partnerships and sharing international best practices that support growth and diversification in line with Vision 2030.

Fostering International Collaboration 
From our base in Spain and across our wider network, we build bridges between Saudi companies and international partners, particularly in Europe and key regions across Asia, Africa and the wider Arab world - creating opportunities for trade, investment and knowledge sharing.

Supporting National Strategies from Abroad
Inspired by Vision 2030 and the National Investment Strategy (NIS), we align our activities with Saudi economic priorities by:
• Highlighting Saudi sectors, projects and companies to foreign partners;
• Encouraging them to engage through official Saudi channels (such as investment, trade and tourism bodies, chambers and relevant ministries);
• Helping them understand the regulatory, cultural and business context of working with the Kingdom.

SBC acts in coordination and complementarity with relevant Saudi institutions, never in their place.

Empowering Future Leaders
We seek to involve Saudi youth and women in our research, dialogues and international initiatives, so they can build skills in global economic diplomacy and become the next generation of business leaders supporting the Kingdom's long-term prosperity.
